Hosting

 In providing hosting services for the past 2 and a half years,
we have tried to do right by you in terms of delivering a stable
yet flexible platform from which to serve your sites and at the
same time work with individual customers to create the custom
solutions that often make the difference between "making it" and
not.
   It has become quite clear that it is difficult to do both very
well at the same time - giving one the attention it requires tends
to detract from the focus on the other and vice-versa.  With this
in mind, we have decided to focus our attention fully on the custom
solutions and have XciteNet take over the administration and
maintenance of the hosting services beginning September 1st, 2000.
   XciteNet has been taking care of the technical side of things all
along while we have been providing the front-end customer support, so
all dns and nameserver info will stay the same as well as the logins,
pop3 accounts and email forwarding.  What is changing is simply where 
to email for support, what page to go to for site administration, 
and who to send the checks to! :)

   RMEE will be staying right where it is and will be assisting with
the transition as much as is needed now and for some time to come.  If
you currently have an outstanding balance, please make sure to clear
it up as soon as possible since it will be difficult once the accounts
have changed hands.  Current credits due will be honored by RMEE as well
and if you own a dedicated server, it will remain in your ownership.
   You will see that the pricing structure will remain the same and in

   It has been an incredible experience and great honor providing you
with such a crucial service during one of the wildest economic and tech-
nical times many of us have ever seen and will probably ever see again.
